Resolut has a certification process to prepare those individuals that will be directly involved in the implementation of Resolut MRM.

Implementation support
The support line is staffed for phone support. Questions can be submitted via email during off hours. Support is provided for system design, system troubleshooting and clarifying product functionality in support of an implementation.

The support portal provides 24x7x365 access to details on products, services and support to help you work with Resolut and our products.

Monthly enablement sessions
WebEx training sessions conducted each month that drill down into specific topics based on direct requests from our partners and a library of recorded sessions to view on-demand.

Training at site
Resolut can conduct special classes at partner sites or Resolut's locations for a preferred consulting rate.

Customer support hand-off
After completion of the implementation, the Resolut MRM Partner Program will coordinate the handoff of the customer to the Resolut Customer Care team for on-going support.
