Resolut is committed to customer success as well as enabling partners to become a vital part of creating that success. Resolut has a certification process to prepare those individuals that will be directly involved in the implementation of Resolut MRM.
 

Training demanded to be certified

Resolut conducts training classes for partners that want to be certified: 

   •  Product

   •  Setting up an account / Implementation

   •  Selling

   •  Upon completion of the training, the attendees take a test
      on the material from the class. If the partner receives a
      passing grade, they are then "certified" on that particular part
      of the Resolut  MRM product. "Certification" opens up a
      number of benefits vital to the successful implementation
      of the Resolut MRM Suite of products.
