How customers use Resolut MRMe
The Planner has given Posten an excellent overview of its complex organisation.
“We needed a strong platform for all our activities in all the different disciplines. Now we have a good overview and we’ve seen a clearly positive impact on our work,” says Trine Werner, project manager at Posten Norden AB.
Peugeot lays out the whole activity plan so that dealers can easily go in and see what campaigns are planned centrally and use this as the basis for planning their own.
“A plan for the year doesn’t last a whole month before you have to make changes. Now, there are updates every Monday. It’s a fantastically simple and efficient system,” comments Kjell Söderström, advertising manager at Peugeot.
Since 2005, BWM Group Nordic and its dealers have been using Resolut’s tool to strengthen the brand and product linking.
“If you want a strong brand, you have to have order. With Resolut’s tool, we’ve created cost-effective and uniform communication,” says Laszlo Incze, head of marketing at BMW Group Nordic.
When Pernod-Ricard Nordic bought Swedish company Vin&Sprit in summer 2009, they soon recognised the need to optimise their general image management.

The National Property Board Sweden manages Sweden’s state-owned buildings and via Resolut’s tool is able to ensure that all consultants keep to the specified graphic identity.
“With so many external consultant, it’s easy for the graphic identity to end up changed. Resolut’s tool ensures that it is followed and that we save time and money,” comments Eva Rosander, project information officer at Statens fastighetsverk.
As the Nordic region’s largest automotive chain with close to 4,000 employees in many different regions, Bilia had trouble keeping an overview of its marketing.
"With Resolut’s tool, everything we do is saved in one place, so you can see what we’ve done previously and make use of it," says Johan Ahlenius, who is involved in central marketing at Bilia.
With two thousand images and many different users, Alcro needed a smart search tool. Their new image bank will be launched soon.
"We can now be more structured in our work and think about the needs of the various users and who will be searching through the images," says Maria Midby Arén, Consumer Marketing Manager at Alcro.
Audi Sweden uses the Generator to present a uniform image of the brand throughout the country. The advertising used to be rather random, but Resolut’s tool has given Audi a uniform image for the brand.
“It strengthens the brand to present the same face to the outside world. Another advantage is that we get full control of all ads, and can see what dealers are advertising and what the ads look like,” says Thomas Sandahl of Audi.
With the production coordinator, Apoteket has automated a previously time-consuming process.
“The tool has an important role in supporting graphic production. It’s like an online shop where local stores can go to order whatever they need – and then adapt the material locally,” explains Patric Wahlqvist, head of graphic production at Apoteket AB
Klarsynt is Sweden’s largest coalition of privately-owned opticians, all of whom want their own local identity.
“Using the templates in Resolut’s tool, all 140 local opticians can customise their own information while also following our graphic identity. Everyone gets exactly what they want,” says Inger Tallén, marketing manager at Klarsynt.

“The greatest benefit of Resolut’s tool is that it helps us to implement and improve the efficiency of our campaigns at a local level,” comments Alexander Högman, Nordic advertising manager at Renault.
